In this framing, the operational area “Innovation and Prospective” from Centimfe dynamizes a set of activities in the range of Benchmarking, in the development of follow-up studies of markets and trends and in the support to companies in preparing applications to financing programs for business innovation, among others. Therefore, the support to the development of the acting capacities of the Industry is a mission of Innovation and Prospection.

Services:

• Preparing of applications to financing programs to projects of Innovation, Research and Development and Training;
• Monitoring, follow-up and coordination of financed projects, whether of Innovation and Research and Development, whether of Training;
• Benchmarking and dissemination of good practices in the sector;
• Development of partnerships;
• Application to / Information about networks and European Programs (6^th Framework Programme: CRAFT/ COLLECTIVE RESEARCH/ eTEN/ Integrated Projects/ Leonardo da Vinci; INTERREG...);
• Support on / Information about the access to National Financing Programs (PRIME/ POEFDS/ POSC);
• Elaboration of studies on Organizational Innovation and implementation of processes of reengineering.

Some financing programs / incentive arrangements within the scope of PRIME:

• IDEIA – Support to Research and Applied Corporate Development. Financing until 75% of the eligible expenses;
• Demtec – Incentive Arrangements to the realization of pilot projects concerning Products, Processes and Technologically Innovative Systems. Financing until 50% of the eligible expenses;
• SIME Innovation – Incentives System to Corporate Modernization – Innovation;
• Vocational Training – To incentive Investments in Human Resources;
• INOV-JOVEM – Young Professionals for Innovation in SMEs
